Home!

The road trip continues....I have to say that being in St. George made me realize that although I live in Idaho....and do love it here, my heart still belongs in St. George. It is home. I miss so much my friends and family! I have memories there. Lots of them! I will always have a special place in my heart for where I grew up. Maybe that is why it took 2 years to change my cell number to an Idaho area code.

Idaho is cold. I live here, I breathe here, I am here...I have to say though this is my kids home. This is where my family is now. I love the friends we have made here. My kids will always claim Idaho as their home. Meridian, Idaho. This is where we are supposed to be! We are making memories here and I am still working on getting my family to move here....anyone!? anyone!???

I hate that feeling...St. George always does that to me, leaves me feeling torn. I do love Idaho though and am glad you are up here to share in these mixed up feelings with me. No one else gets it.

Ha, I just have to laugh cause I feel the same way about St.George and even though I'm so close, I feel so far away. I still have my St.George cell number too! Does Dave's fam live in Vegas? You guys have come here a couple of times. So, why else would you come to this pit unless you have fam here?

It makes it so much harder when you are the only one of the family who's up here suffering in the cold! Keep begging...maybe someone will join you! It's been working for us. In the meantime, you better not even consider going back...we would miss our neighbors!!

I miss St. George too, that is where Doug and I meet, as you know. But it would never be the same for us going back there now, because we would actually have to get jobs and not just be college students. Our home is Texas now, crazy how things change so much.

I know im not family, but close enough right....... David is always trying to get me to move to Boise. My little sister dosen't live there anymore, and I don't know that I want to move farther away from St. George. I know it is cold there, but I have heard it's not as bad as northern Utah? Anyhoo you look great and your kids are getting so big! Maybe I will have to come visit the next time David is up there??

So we now have family number THREE living in your house across the street. They have FIVE kids all under the age of six-a young couple. They have been to church once and seem nice. It is so strange knowing that was YOUR house that the two of you built and now it is a rental. We miss you guys!
