"Hi A Kids!"

Papa Craig would have turned 52 years old today. We miss him terribly. I thought it would be a great idea to still celebrate and keep his memory alive. We are having a special dinner. I am making bread, and homemade spaghetti sauce for a nice pasta dinner. Good ol' comfort food, his favorite! We will also be having cake and ice cream. Yum...Yum!!

It is so hard not to be able to call him. I hate that my kids will miss out on sharing their lives with him. He was a wonderful person and died waaaayyyyy too soon. We love you. We miss you. We think and talk about you ALL the time....

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

I hate that you have lost your dad too soon. He actually would be 53 today. He was born in 1955- not that it makes much difference, you still miss him no matter how old he would be.
Hope the dinner is a good night of fun memories, and wish I could be there for you.
love mom

Lindsay!!!!!! oh my gosh. I can't believe I found you! I have been looking for you all over face book, and trying to find a way to get your number! Steve and I did Dave's little brothers wedding photo's and I had got your number from them and then lost it! Anyway, I just think about you a lot. And feel sad that we lost touch! I know you live in Idaho, but we used to be so close and I miss you! Your kids are so beautiful!! you guys are such a cute little fam! I am sorry to hear about your dad. And can you believe about kassie? so sad. Well I hope you are doing well. please write me soon. SO good to see your face! love ya!!

You're such a great example of how we need to put in that extra effort to remember family members that have passed so our children can know who they are and more about them. I hope to follow your lead better!

Linz,
Thanks for keeping wonderful memories alive. Nothing heals the heart and soul more then sharing the good old days- laughing and looking at pictures and telling lots of stories. I think your a great mother and a truly extrodinary person that is making a difference for our new generation.
Love ya

Aww linds I can't even imagine how hard the loss of a parent would be and so soon. I think about it all the time because I swear the older I get more and more people I actually know are passing. That is so sweet that you continue to make him a part of your kids lives!

Lins I can't even imagine how you feel...But, I want to share that I have many wonderful memories of your good ole' dad and what a wonderful spirit he had he always lit the room up!
I think a dinner is a wonderful way to have as a tradition to celebrate his life on his birthday.
