Dancing Queen!

Macie recently had a dance recital for her combo tap/ballet class that she takes. It was a bit of a commitment to take her each week (and deal with Dalan for an hour!) because it is a little drive to the studio, BUT seeing her on stage and watching her perform for the 30 seconds made it all worth it! She had so much fun and is our little "Rock a hula baby!"

I'm BACK!!!

Where do you start when you have been missing for so long from the blogging world?? The real reason is a lame internet connection to go along with a 6 year old computer that was recently replaced! NOW I think I just might be back...but don't want the pressure of having to blog the details of the Grantham existance because truthfully, my kids keep me running and I am a little slow at these updates so be patient and I will do my best!!

WHAT!! I was sure we were having a boy. Boston Jay was his name. All my girlfriends up here in Idaho are having girls so I thought I would be the one to throw things off with a boy. From day one I set myself up to think "she" was a "he!" It was no secret that I thought it was a boy and was soooo wrong!

I am realizing that it is a blessing from Heavenly Father that I will be given a girl. Hopefully a mello girl because I know that 2 boys (namely Dalan....) could probably do some major destruction around our house! I will gear up for another sassy pants to join the fam!

I am in conversion mode and currently changing my thought process to pink and lace and girlie....which I am so excited about! Macie is so excited to have a little sister! This just means that we will out number the boys and will always RULE!

Still tossing around names but really loving Khloe Lin! Any suggestions!?

Girls Weekend 2009!!

We ATE, went to a CHICK FLICK, we SHOPPED, we SLEPT IN, we LAUGHED, LAUGHED, and LAUGHED, and REMINISCED...and started planning next year's get away. However, we decided that we need to have a Summer edition as well as a Winter edition of "Girls Gone Wild - Lehi!" These girls are the best! We don't get to talk much, but when we meet up each year, it is like nothing ever changed! I love these college roomies!!!




I brought Macie pants down with me for a girls road trip...and she spent the weekend at my sister's with her bff cuz Cali & Briqelle and baber Jameson. My mom also came up for the weekend so she could spend time with the grandkids! (You are the greatest!) Wish I could have spent more time with them also!!

Happy Birthday Birthday Girl!!

This little Macie is now 4 years old. She is such a great girl and we love her so much! She was a super hard toddler....but is now sweet as can be and full of personality. Happy 4th birthday Macie!
